For those who have a basic understanding of the process for completing their catalog update and the SIP upload but need just a bit of guidance, or for those who purchased Option 1 but can't seem to get it to the finish line, GSA Proposal Help and DIY GSA can provide you guidance.

For those who purchased an on-demand video, we'll credit the purchase price you paid toward Option 2: DIY+ Consulting. This options provides access to the on-demand videos and 30 minutes of consulting to get your catalog update completed.

Too busy to work the DIY angle? We totally get it. We're happy to take on the update for you. Just send us your SIP backup file and we'll update the catalog and upload everything via the SIP.

Your SIP backup file will need to include your most current offerings and we will need you GSA catalog in an original Word file. If you only have a PDF, we can work with that, but there may be an upcharge.

GSA AUDITS or IOA VISITS - $300

 

Though the program is being updated, GSA still performs audits or conducts visits about every 24-48 months, depending on the level of risk involved in a GSA Schedule Contract.  An Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) will contact you prior to the visit and provide you with a list of information he or she requires to conduct the visit.  Some people call these GSA Audits.  

 

GSA Proposal Help can help you prepare the information required and provide you the background on the discussions that may take place.

CONTRACT PRODUCT/SERVICE MODIFICATIONS - $1,900 and up

 

From time to time you will need to update your contract.  Any time you add products or services; delete products or services; raise or lower your prices; or change points of contact, you will need to modify your GSA Schedule Contract.  We have the expertise to help you create that modification and to take the guess work out of the process. Product/Service modifications include product additions, SIN additions and product deletions. Includes the SIP upload.

ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATIONS - $500 and up

 

Modifications to keep information current and Rapid Action Modifications can be done quickly if done at the time of the change and not ignored until something critical hits. We can complete all the documents required to effect these changes while you serve your customers. Includes the SIP upload.

MASS MODIFICATIONS and SALES REPORTING ASSISTANCE OPTIONS
GSA MASS MODIFICATIONS - $25 per month paid annually / $30 per month paid monthly

 

From time to time GSA will need to update your contract.  We'll accept the modification, file the records, and make sure you understand the changes.

GSA MASS MODIFICATIONS and SALES REPORTING - $45 per month paid annually / $45 per month paid monthly

We will accept the modifications put out from GSA as mass modifications, file the records, and make sure you understand the changes. We will also complete your monthly or quarterly sales reports, file the records, and make sure you're in compliance with sales reporting requirements.
